Bill Heaberg
William (Bill) Heaberg, is a Community Readiness Consultant for the Robins AFB Airman and Family Readiness Center. He joined AFCPE® in 1992, earning the Accredited Financial Counselor® designation in 1996. Bill has been an AFCPE® Board of Directors military representative (DoD Liaison), chair of the conference evaluation committee, breakout session facilitator and on the new member welcoming committee. He served on the AFCPE® focus group that developed It’s Your Move: A Game Plan for Investing. He has been on the Board of Directors, Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Middle Georgia since March, 2006.
A USAF pilot more than 12 years, he is also an advanced Volunteer Income Tax Assistant. He holds a Master of Public Administration degree, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is a Certified Professional Career Coach. Bill has performed Financial, Transition & Career counseling for Air Force & Navy Family Centers since 1987 and recently earned the Certified Credit Report Reviewer and Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist qualifications.
