AFC® Registration Fees
AFC® Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
AFC® Study Materials
AFC® course materials (textbooks and online study guide) are non-refundable and non-transferable thirty (30) days after the date of purchase.
Refund Requirements
AFC® course materials are ineligible for refund if registrant has scheduled and/or completed the AFC® exam. AFC® course materials must be returned to AFCPE’s Fulfillment Center (AFCPE c/o Capital Fulfillment and Finishing, 4186 Fisher Rd, Columbus, OH 43228). Registrant is responsible for all associated return cost(s). AFC® course materials returned via postal carrier must be postmarked within seven (7) business days of the refund request and include parcel tracking. Materials must be unopened and unused in any manner. Once materials are received and inspected by AFCPE’s Fulfillment Center, a refund confirmation will be issued. Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) days of refund confirmation. All approved refund requests will be issued for the original purchase amount less a $100 non-refundable administrative fee.

Transfer Requirements
AFC® course materials are ineligible for transfer if registrant has scheduled and/or or completed the AFC® exam. Transferee must be an AFC® registrant at the time of transfer.
Transferor is responsible for the transfer and all associated cost(s) of physical AFC® course materials to the Transferee. AFC® course materials transferred via postal carrier must be postmarked within seven (7) business days of the transfer request and include parcel tracking. AFCPE is responsible for transferring digital AFC® course materials to Transferee. All approved transfer requests will incur a $100 non-refundable administrative fee.

Live and/or recorded webinar review fees are non-refundable and non-transferable thirty (30) days after the date of purchase.
Refund Requirements
AFC® live and/or recorded webinar review fees are ineligible for refund if registrant has attended one (1) or more live and/or recorded webinar review sessions. Approved refunds will be processed within (7) days of refund confirmation. All approved refund requests will be issued for the original purchase amount less a $100 non-refundable administrative fee.

AFCPE Essentials Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable five (5) days after the date of purchase.
Refund Requirements
Essentials Courses must be less than 25% complete at the time of request. Approved refunds will be processed within (7) days of refund confirmation. All approved refund requests will be issued for the original purchase amount less a $100 non-refundable administrative fee.
