Hira, a well-known professor from Iowa State University. She indicates the book is written for indi- viduals who are involved with or interested in developing a university financial literacy program; as well as ideas for those who wish to enhance their current programs. Dr. Hira indicates that this book is the first resource of its kind to provide financial education and counseling to assist college students with the problems of high debt and low financial knowledge.
