Using a “Lunch and Learn” meeting format, this session will provide attendees with the tools needed to establish and sustain a workplace peer-to-peer support group amongst Financial Practitioners. Attendees will learn about the successes and challenges of creating and sustaining a peer-to-peer support group for Financial Coaches working within a Nationwide Financial Coaching Program.
