What is the Strategic Impact Fund?
The AFCPE Strategic Impact Fund is a financial initiative designed to ensure the long-term impact and sustainability of the organization. It focuses on providing scholarships for certification, training, and symposium attendance; supporting research projects that foster collaboration between researchers and practitioners; and funding community-based initiatives that promote financial security in underserved communities.
How Does the Strategic Impact Fund Impact Lives?
In a typical year the Strategic Impact Fund supports:
- $100,000 in scholarships to nonprofit organizations for certification and training to build capacity
- 10 AFC scholarships to personal finance influencers
- 100 AFC scholarships for people of color, thanks to a generous donation by NEFE
- 100+ AFCPE Symposium scholarships
- AFCPE Podcast episodes highlighting the value of the AFC® in serving communities and building capacity.
These funds will be used for
