You may be approached to purchase lists of our Symposium Attendees. Please know that AFCPE does not sell or offer attendee lists, nor do we engage with a 3rd party to share a list of our attendees. We encourage you to contact attendees through our virtual platform and app. If you receive an email at any time and it seems off, please double-check that it is from one of our team members at afcpe.org.

We are expecting more than 600 in-person and 300+ virtual attendees, and we appreciate you joining us to share your tools and resources with our professionals. Your presence as exhibitors is crucial to the success of this event. AFCPE Symposium offers a remarkable platform for networking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Exhibitor Schedule

Tuesday, November 18 – Wednesday, November 19, 2025

Tuesday, November 18th, 2025: 

  • ​​​Set Up:  8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m MST 
  • Exhibit Opens: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m MST

Wednesday, November 19th, 2025:

  • Exhibit Opens: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m MST
  • Exhibitor Tear Down: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m MST 

Please have your virtual booth completed by Monday, November 3rd.

Unless special accommodations were made through AFCPE, all exhibit spaces include a 6-foot table, table cloth, and two chairs.

EXHIBITOR shall make its own arrangements for shipment, delivery, and/or receipt of all materials and empty crates. AFCPE® and the RENAISSANCE  PHOENIX-GLENDALE HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER will not accept or store display materials or empty crates. All shipments and deliveries to and from the RENAISSANCE  PHOENIX-GLENDALE HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER shall be arranged by submitting the following form to RENAISSANCE  PHOENIX-GLENDALE HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER, and shall be delivered no earlier than November 13th, 3 business days ahead of the Exhibitor’s set up day. Payment and Packages should be addressed as outlined below:

Once you sign in, you’ll be able to upload your company information and digital resources like videos, PDFs & links. This is a great tool to connect with Symposium attendees and showcase the company you represent. Watch this tutorial to assist with setting up your virtual booth.

All exhibitors are invited to submit an article to be featured on AFCPE’s blog. You may submit a blog/article on the due date of your choice for a feature before or following Symposium. We share articles on our social media platforms, so it’s another great way to share your resources and expertise with AFCPE professionals and members who may not be present onsite for Symposium. Articles should follow AFCPE blog guidelines

Welcome Bag Swag

Share a marketing piece with each of our in-person attendees! Included with Exhibitor Registration. 
 

We know attendees love swag that’s both practical and memorable, especially in the desert heat! Consider adding some attendee-favorite items to your exhibitor booth or sponsorship package:

Lip balm
Sunscreen
First aid kits
Water bottles or collapsible tumblers
Multi-port chargers
Cooling towels
Stainless or reusable straws
Sewing kits

These thoughtful and useful items are sure to be a hit and keep your brand top of mind throughout the event!

All shipments and deliveries to and from the RENAISSANCE  PHOENIX-GLENDALE HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER shall be arranged by submitting the following form to RENAISSANCE  PHOENIX-GLENDALE HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER, and must be delivered between November 13th-15th. Reminder: If packages with swag items arrive after November 15th, or are addressed incorrectly, AFCPE may not be able to include in the Symposium Welcome Bags.
